Personal Training
TEC Personal Training Department is second to none. We have the best trainers working with you to provide you with the knowledge, motivation, and experience you need to achieve your desired results. All of our personal training packages include a TEC Membership so you can use the gym on top of your training.
OUR SERVICE
We insist upon providing you with the highest quality exercise program possible. Successful attainment of this goal requires several elements, the first of which is “one on one” instruction and supervision by qualified exercise specialists.
We begin with a program consultation and a review of your health and physical activity history. We also perform a physical assessment to get a baseline to compare your progress to.
Next, we help you set realistic goals based on your physical assessment. These will be both long term and short term stepping stones along the way.
You will be educated in a comprehensive fashion on the facts of proper exercise, nutrition and other appropriate factors that contribute to the attainment of optimum results from your program. You will learn what is right, what is wrong, and why.
Finally, and ongoing, each of your exercise sessions will be conducted under the watchful eye of a trained exercise professional who will:
- oversee your performance
- ensure that all aspects are performed correctly and safely
- manipulate progression variables to keep you constantly improving
- challenge your balance and stability
- motivate and encourage your personal best effort
- answer your questions and address any concerns
Single Sessions
A single personal training session can help those how have reached a plateau or are bored with their current exercise program. We can help you rejuvenate your exercise routine.
Body Basics
Working out once a week with one of our trainers allows us to build a program for you and gives you someone to check in with on a weekly basis.
Peak Performance
The Peak Performance program has you training with us twice a week. This program allows us to teach you more in depth and challenging exercise routines, which will result in greater changes in your body.
Personal Excellence
You’re training three times a week and really commited to seeing changes in your body and mind. You’ll approach Personal Excellence by achieving new highs in your strength, flexibility, and stamina.
The Executive
The Executive Program is the best in training we have to offer. It offers unlimited personal training and the most flexibility. See the most changes in your body in the shortest amount of time.
Team Training
We also feature group training for those who want to share their experience with their friends while saving a little money.
